Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, in the automotive or fabrication industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE accounting principles, tax regulations, and labor laws.
Proven experience managing WPS for a minimum of 15 employees.
Experience handling a turnover of Minimum 5 million to 10 million AED per year.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for accounting purposes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Professional certification such as ACCA or CMA is a plus.
