Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and execute timely payments.

  • Prepare customer invoices, track receivables, follow up for collections, and post receipts.

  • Record journal entries, perform GL reconciliations, and support month‑end closing.

  • Prepare VAT workings, ensure correct tax coding, and assist with VAT return filing.

  • Reconcile daily cash, POS sales, online payments, and credit card settlements.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve variances promptly.

  • Maintain accurate financial records in Odoo and QuickBooks and generate required reports.

  • Validate POS discounts, refunds, and promotions to ensure revenue accuracy.

  • Track credit card settlements, chargebacks, and merchant fee postings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is essential.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate environment is required.

  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Odoo is preferred.
