Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Accountant Location: Abu Dhabi – Medical Center Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience: 2–3 years (Experience in the health sector is mandatory) Job Description • Record and document financial transactions by accurately entering accounting data. • Prepare payments by verifying supporting documentation and processing disbursements. • Prepare, examine, analyze, and audit accounting records, financial statements, and related financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, and prepare periodic reports comparing budgeted figures with actual expenses. • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information. • Coordinate financial activities with accounting staff and liaise with medical center departments as required. • Respond to financial and billing-related inquiries from patients, medical staff, and administrative staff. • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

General Requirements • Proven experience working in the healthcare/medical sector. • Proficiency in spoken and written English. • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
