Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain daily accounting records and entries. Prepare and issue invoices to clients. Calculate and process monthly staff salaries. Handle VAT filing, corporate tax submissions, and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. Prepare and review yearly financial statements and reports. Monitor accounts receivable and payable. Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank statements and other financial records. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Provide regular financial updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum [5 years] of proven accounting experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of VAT filing, corporate tax, and yearly financial closing. Proficiency in daily entries, invoice preparation, and payroll processing. Must be fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
