Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support overall financial compliance within the organization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software, familiar with UAE financial regulations, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
• Maintain general ledger, perform monthly closings, and reconcile accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Managing & follow up with the accounts, perform the assigned duties.
• Follow up with the banks all the dealings, transactions as per the facilities and rates agreed.
• Responsible for preparing all accounting data entries like the Journal entries, Purchase entries, Payment Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers.
• Checking all inventory transactions (including the pharmacy…)
• Assist Accounts Manager in month end Closing Jv’s(Prepayments statements, Provisions Jv’s, Accruals ,Balances of AP ,AR &Goods in transit ,Camps cost).
• Handling Accounts head. responsibilities during absent or vacations
• Preparing center payment
• Adhere to dress code, appearance is neat and clean.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time.
• Wear identification while on duty, uses computerized punch time system correctly.
• Actively participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
• Communicate the mission, vision and quality policy of the AAFC, as well as the focus

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage
Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare or semi-government organization
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or ERP systems)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Good communication and reporting skills
