Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

  • Generate invoices and record collections (rent, service charges)

  • Maintain and update AR aging reports

Accounts Payable

  • Review invoices and verify against PO/contracts

  • Process invoices in Oracle / D365

  • Coordinate with finance for timely payments

Cash & Bank

  • Monitor collections and ensure timely deposits

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Monthly Accounting

  • Prepare accruals and assist in month-end closing

  • Review open POs and ensure invoice processing

  • Support preparation of OPEX and financial reports

Budgeting & Audit

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting

  • Support year-end audit and service charge reconciliation
