Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • preparing book keepings.
  • maintaining records in the ERP system.
  • doing admin work simultaneously with accounting work.
  • creating and maintaining journal entries, bank receipts, cash receipts, cash payments, bank payments etc..
  • follow up with the market for payment collections.
  • preparing weekly payment due for collection from the market.
  • collect sales orders from salesman and processing the sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A four year's bachelors degree in B'com or any finance/accounting fields.
  • Salary between AED 2,000 - 2,500.
  • strong IT skills including using excel sheet and other day to day software's such as outlook.
  • quick learner.
  • be able to work under pressure.
  • 5 years minimum experience.
  • previous experience as an accountant or similar position.
  • being able to work as a team.
  • strong English writing and speaking.
