Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and petty cash.
  • Oversee VAT filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support annual audits.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA is a plus.
  • Preferably Filipino and Sri Lankan.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a trading company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
