Responsibilities

• Manage accounting together with another colleague (general ledger, accounts receivable/payable booking)
• Enter bank payments, receivables reporting and follow-up, bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements for the group companies and assist with group consolidation
• Manage Swiss VAT returns and coordinate foreign VAT returns with external service providers
• Support the CFO, contribute to continuous process improvement, and help digitize processes
• Participate in various finance projects (depending on your interests)

Qualifications

• Initial relevant professional experience in accounting

Required Skills

• Preferably worked with accounting software (Microsoft Business Central)
• Excellent English and strong German skills
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high-quality standards
• Strong self-initiative and proactive attitude
• Hands-on mentality
