Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.

  2. Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.

  3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  4. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

  5. Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.

  6. Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.

  7. Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.

  8. Verify and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.

  9. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

  10. Support internal and external audits.

  11. Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and budgeting.

  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.

  2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.

  5. Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is preferred.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  9. Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

  10. Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
