Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist the Senior Accountant in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate accounting practices within the organization. This role is ideal candidates looking to develop their accounting skills and gain hands-on experience
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation and files.
- Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in audits and tax filings as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting databases.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.

You are a detail-oriented, analytical professional who ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records. You play a crucial role in budgeting, tax planning, compliance, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices in UAE.
- 1-2 years accounting experience in UAE
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
