Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
  • Support with accounts payable and receivable, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for payment follow-ups and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing VAT filings, payroll summaries, and audit documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.
  • Provide administrative and financial support to management as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 24 years of accounting experience in the UAE (preferably with consulting, design, or construction industries).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Available to join within a short notice period preferred.
