Roles & Responsibilities
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting preferably within property management or real estate
Strong knowledge of accounting principles standards and regulations IFRS preferred
Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Yardi or similar and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and analytical abilities
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
