1. Support internal and external auditors by providing necessary documents and information. 2. Prepare and examine financial statements, Cash Flow Statements, balance sheets and income statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. 3. Recording all finance related details, forms & data in the ERP system. 4. Maintain the general ledger, document all financial transactions, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. 5. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies. 6. Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments. 7. Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and following up on outstanding payments. 8. Process and manage employee payroll, including calculations and expense reimbursements. 9. Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. 10. Calculate and prepare tax payments, quarterly & annual tax returns (VAT & CT). 11. Provide financial guidance/alerts and reports to management to support decision-making.
