Roles & Responsibilities

Company: Sauna Xperts – Leading manufacturer of luxury saunas & cold plunges in the Middle East Location: Jebel Ali Industrial 1, Dubai Salary: Based on experience Visa Provided We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and issue tax invoices and proforma invoices • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records • Handle VAT/tax control and compliance • Perform bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts • Support management with financial reports and cost tracking • Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payment matters

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of VAT filing and UAE tax system

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Must be currently based in the UAE

• Visa provided
