We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient operation of our financial systems. You will act as an advisor and ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting. Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including billing, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, and opportunities, and make informed business decisions.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts to improve financial planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external use.
• Monitor and report on the company's cash flow and financial performance metrics.
• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audit processes to ensure compliance.
• Review and update accounting policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Provide support during the month-end and year-end close processes and reporting.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial reporting systems and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to support financial objectives and operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a related financial position.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle financial data.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate work.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
