Accountant SAS Facilities Management

SAS Facilities Management is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant specializing in Facilities and Real Estate Management, with strong analytical and reporting skills, and solid knowledge of modern accounting systems and AI tools. Responsibilities: • Manage all accounting operations including revenues, expenses, and financial reports. • Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements. • Handle lease contracts, client accounts, and collections. • Utilize advanced accounting software and support digital transformation initiatives. Requirements: • Age between 26 and 35 years old. • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or facilities management accounting. • Excellent command of Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking) – a must. • Strong proficiency in technology and AI-driven accounting systems. • High accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
