Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Manage end-to-end Accounting, Costing, VAT compliance and Reporting.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations.


Candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, expert in Tally Accounting system and have hands-on experience with VAT filing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Book keeping & Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management and bank reconciliations.

  2. Costing: Shipment costing & deriving landed cost calculations.

  3. Coordination : Coordinating with the Sales for receivables and , logistics team for inventory to ensure internal operations runs smoothly appropriately

  4. VAT Compliance: Manage the entire VAT lifecycle, including the preparation and accurate filing of monthly/quarterly VAT returns in accordance with ZATCA requirements.

  5. Financial Statements: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  6. Day-to-Day Accounting: Process invoices, manage expense reports, and monitor daily transactions to ensure financial integrity.

  7. Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.


Desired Candidate Profile


  1. Experience: 5–8 years accounting in Trading company. Strong costing & operational finance exposure.

  2. Saudi Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional accounting experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  3. VAT Expertise:Thorough knowledge of Saudi VAT laws, filing procedures, and ZATCA compliance.

  4. Technical Proficiency: Excellent in Tally + Excel proficiency.

  5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  6. Communication: Excellent Communication Skils in English. Arabic is highly desirable.
