Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Record and post journal entries accurately and on time in the general ledger.

Maintain and reconcile all general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.

Prepare detailed financial analysis.

Support the month-end and year-end closing process by ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.

Assist in budget preparation in collaboration with departments and the Team Lead.

Monitor expenditure and income against budget allocations and report variances.

Prepare budget adjustment and transfer requests when required.

Maintain the fixed assets register and ensure correct posting of monthly depreciation.

Prepare supporting schedules for audits and management review.

Ensure all financial data is properly classified and documented for compliance and reporting.

Assist in tax and statutory filing by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.

Support ERP financial modules through testing, troubleshooting, and updates.

Participate in internal control improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to established policies.

Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance.

Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, general ledger, or budgeting functions.

Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in ERP or accounting software.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
