Accountant (Tally Prime experienced)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparing financial reports, and responsible to manage full-cycle accounting operations in Tally ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow) and records in compliance with company policies, local regulations and accounting standards.
• Submit financial reports for management, highlighting key trends, variances, and insights.
• Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and other general ledger accounts. Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed.
• Process payroll, employee benefits, and expense reimbursements.
• Prepare and submit VAT, Corporate Tax returns, and other statutory filings on time.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Support internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Supporting the finance department with various administrative tasks.
