Accountant

Apply the accounting system set for the company, and ensure the accuracy and correctness of the financial documents cycle, coordinate and follow up the implementation of plans and systems and accounting and financial procedures and the issuance of financial reports and control and control of income and expenses and ensure compliance with the estimated budget.
Functional Tasks :
Preparation and proof of accounting entries.
Review and reconcile the balances of bank accounts in the records with the bank statements of these banks and make the necessary adjustments.
Coordinate and follow-up purchases (raw materials) supplied to the warehouse and all purchases of activity (petty expenses) and the preparation of entries on the accounting system.
Follow-up customers and prepare sales invoices on the accounting system, follow-up collection of the company's dues with customers and extract a statement of the accumulated balances of customers and discontinued payment and report thereon.
Matching supplier and customer statements.
Edit checks and disbursement permissions in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Follow up on existing projects and control their costs.
Prepare monthly salaries.
All other work in the field of competence.
Requirements :
Bachelor of Accounting.
Experience in accounting programs (ERP-System)
Advanced skills in the program MS Office
Experience of not less than 4 years.
Proficiency in English
Withstand work pressure
Speed and accuracy in completing tasks
