• Managing the receipts and deposits of cash and bank transactions.
• Managing the payable process including processing invoices, writing cheques etc.
• Manage accounts receivables and payable payment terms and maintaining appropriate accounting records.
• Preparation of financial statements like Balance Sheet,Income Statement etc.
• Candidate must know how to use Quickbooks
• Must be aware of UAE VAT (TAX) Rules and implementations
• Knowledge in Online banking; WPS via Online Banking Transfer
• MS Office Proficiency
• Payable & Receivable Management
• Management Reporting
• Flexible, Highly Motivated, Organized, Analytical
• Good at Composing Emails
