Principal Functions
• Coordinates and monitors Receivable and Commission activities related to Indirect Sales Channel Mass Reseller partners in the Finance Operation / Channel Control section to ensure that all accounting procedures and internal controls are strictly adhered.
• Prepares Channel Control reports for superior’s review to ensure accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of required Management information.
• Coordinates, as required, with Company’s Sales Channels for addressing Partners issues/concerns in a prompt and effective manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review and maintain MR contracts. Identify areas requiring controls and ensure adherence to contractual liabilities for both Company and MR.
• Incorporate MR in Oracle ERP based on the original contract and agreed parameters. Keep track and contact with MR Representatives to ensure MR is still working with Company and is receiving all required reimbursements, details, invoices and Credit note copies.
• Propose and ensure Automation of Maximum Operational Areas to ensure smooth, timely and correct operation.
• Maintaining thorough, well-organized accounts receivable customer profiles.
• Process Debit Memos to invoice or re-invoice for any adjustment correction to original invoice.
• Preparing monthly and Daily Credit Notes in Receivable system.
• Preparation monthly and daily Indirect Sales Channel Partners (Resellers) sales report for Finance Management.
• Issuing receipts of payments made by Indirect Sales Channel Partners (Resellers) and updating the system accordingly
• Processing & Certifying commission payment related to Indirect Sales Channel Partners (Resellers).
• Ensures accurate and timely generation of financial and management reports and schedules to enable Management to make better operating decisions.
• Assists in addressing data requirements of external and internal parties to satisfy the needs of various groups.
• Interacts & coordinates with Internal & External parties as required for policy clarification/implementation
• Perform Stock periodic market checks and match inventories with Total stock less activations at MR level.
• Process and entertain sales requests to remove add MRs as per the business requirement.
• Design and provide daily monthly weekly reconciliation of Stock level and Sales of MRs to ensure maximum utilization of Company resources and ensure prevention of fraudulent activities.
• Ensure VAT requirements are fulfilled as per the direction of FTA in guidance with Head Office TAX department.
• Coordinate with Payable to ensure Invoice netting and ensure correct booking of Invoice and respective credit note.
• Any other financial or physical assignment given by Management from time to time.

Telecom / ISP

Accounts / Taxation / Audit / Company Secretary

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Commerce, Accounting or equivalent.
• Oracle AR module and GL module certification – MANDATORY.
• Tax Knowledge and working knowledge – Preferred.
• 4 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience required, preferably in a large and prestigious telecom organization.
