We are looking for a candidate who will be able to execute accounting and administrative tasks, able to join us immediately.

We prefer ONLY Indian Nationals (from Andhra Pradesh or Tamil Nadu)

Accounting tasks:
- Update Quickbooks
- Maintain and manage office administrative expenditure.
- Maintain, verify and rectify customer balances in accounts receivable records.
- Correspond with customers having long overdue and delinquent balances.
- Check and verify vendor bills before making payment advice.
- Maintain bank deposits and check payment records.
- Provide accounting and administrative support to external audit teams.
- Integrate administrative and accounting functions smoothly.
- Offer financial review, analysis and assistance
- Organize analysis, evaluate and harmonize corporate benefits and salaries every month


Administrative tasks:
- Preparation of Contracts
- Monitoring sales
- Invoicing
- Payroll processing
- Work out expenditure of personnel and aid the maintenance of overtime and vacation schedules
- Management of databases, filing, proper documentation
