Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the accounting team with various tasks, including handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial documents, and assisting with day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Record and update financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
- Assist in bank reconciliations.
- Support the team with data entry and filing of financial documents.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Sri Lankan Female Candidate Preferd
