Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Prepare invoices and process vendor bills
  • Follow up for payments & collections
  • Manage cash, bank entries, and daily cash flow
  • Perform bank, vendor & customer reconciliations
  • Review credit limits and monitor overdue accounts
  • Prepare sales, cash, and outstanding reports
  • Support audits and maintain accurate records

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B Com or related qualification
  • 2–5 years of accounts experience
  • Good knowledge of Excel & accounting software
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
