Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable functions
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Manage customer invoicing, collections, and follow-ups
  • Perform bank reconciliations and statement analysis
  • Maintain general ledger entries and monthly closing activities
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate accounting records in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL & reconciliations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Immediate joiners / Visit visa candidates (considered)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
  • CA Inter / ACCA / CMA – advantage
