Job Description

As an Accounts & Finance Executive, you will play a key role in managing both financial and accounting operations within the organization. Your responsibility will encompass overseeing detailed financial reports, handling tax activities, budgeting, and forecasting, along with the smooth processing of financial transactions. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports for review.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes annually.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and auditing standards through careful oversight.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate annual audits efficiently.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  • Analyze financial data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with department heads to support organizational policies and financial procedures.
  • Oversee and ensure tax filings are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Implement financial controls and systems to mitigate risks and enhance processes.
  • Assist in strategic financial project planning and resource allocation discussions.
  • Provide financial insights and trends to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Support in maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in financial or accounting roles.
  • Proficient knowledge of financial management software applications and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly report findings to management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions and records.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
