Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review and verify invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy before processing payments.
  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including data entry, payment processing, and reconciliation with vendor statements.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution to maintain good relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain AP reports, providing insights into spending patterns and potential cost-saving opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role, showcasing relevant expertise.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel, indicating strong technical capabilities.

  • Certification such as Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) is a plus, emphasizing commitment to the profession.
