Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies, minimizing payment errors.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable aging reports, proactively resolving discrepancies and overdue invoices.
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors via various methods, optimizing cash flow and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing for services or products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
  • Possess relevant certifications like Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar, showcasing professional commitment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting roles is essential, providing hands-on expertise.
