Accounts Professional-Accountant IHCC (International Hospitals Construction Co. Ltd .)/ lifestyle deveopers

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and monthly closing reports.
• Monitor project cost control, expense tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Assist in internal and external audits ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Handle petty cash management, vendor payments, and invoice verification.
• Coordinate with project teams and management for accurate financial data reporting.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and assist in VAT filings.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the construction or contracting industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and financial procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Nationality: Pakistan (mandatory).
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
