Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accounts receivable aging reports, proactively following up on overdue invoices to minimize delinquency and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Process and accurately post customer payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and credit card transactions, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded in the accounting system.
  • Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams to provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Prepare and send out invoices to customers, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), showcasing professional commitment.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and collecting payments.
  • Demonstrates experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry, showcasing industry-specific knowledge.
