Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Aconex Product Specialist - Client Services
Reports to the Regional Client Services Manager
Primary Purpose/Objectives:
You re an expert in Aconex Connected Cost. You ll consult both clients and internal teams. Occasionally, you may be part of an implementation team, along with pre-sales support, at the start of a project or at the commencement of client engagement. You ll work closely with your relevant product team, providing feedback for ongoing product development.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to have a good knowledge of the Aconex system, with responsibilities in the areas of project implementation and roll-out, customer service, promotion, and reporting.
Product Team Support:
Production and delivery of all #PRODUCT SPECS#
Manage stock and logistics elements of the Aconex #PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS#
Follow and document changes to the end-to-end process for the Aconex #PRODUCT#
Provide support in answering product and provisioning related queries to internal team and external clients
Assist Helpdesk with customer queries and solving issues related to the Aconex #PRODUCT# suites and work closely with internal teams to streamline processes
Product Development:
Report on production, delivery progress and processes of the Aconex #PRODUCT# suites and proactively
drive process and delivery improvements
Work closely with Provisioning Manager, Sales, Product Mangers and other teams to identify
opportunities to evolve and improve the #PRODUCT#

Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
Thorough attention to detail
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Good computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Email, Remote Desktop, Skype)
Strong written and spoken English language skills
Knowledge and skills in records classification systems, data retention and disposal
Work with a distributed team across multiple regions, time zones and cultures
A proactive go-getter who will be motivated by the opportunity presented by the Aconex #PRODUCT#
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce) highly regarded
Extensive experience of the Aconex collaboration platform highly regarded
Exposure to the commercial construction industry highly regarded
