Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The post holder will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, from requisition to offer.
  • Source healthcare professionals using job portals, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate candidate evaluations.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Liaise with licensing and onboarding teams for credential verification and regulatory approvals.
  • Create job advertisements and ensure role visibility through appropriate channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for critical and high-demand roles.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in applicant tracking systems.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
  • Negotiate salary offers within approved budget and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs, recruitment drives, and industry events.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and implement best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Education and Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP are preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment dynamics in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Understanding of healthcare roles and credentialing standards.

  • Recruitment within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare networks.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Preferably within the UAE healthcare sector will be an advantage.
