Job Description:
• Place orders for the various teams and chase up outstanding items as necessary
• Carry out the day to day financial administration to include reconciliation in Xero and input of invoices
• Undertake recruitment administration to include advertising vacancies; arranging interviews; ensuring that the applicant tracking system is always up to date and arranging pre-employment checks
• Maintain records of fixed assets and purchase new equipment as necessary
• Provide support for events including careers fairs, conferences and team socials
• At least 2-years experience as Office Administrator or similar
• Competent user of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
• Ability to be discreet with confidential matters
• Strong multi-tasker
• Willingness to assist and can do attitude
• Working knowledge of Xero
• Familiarisation with Applicant Tracking Systems
