Roles & Responsibilities
Your role:
As an activity manager, you will play a key role through the following missions:
- Monitoring of financial and non-financial indicators: revenue, volume, quality, customer satisfaction, team performance, margin
- Production forecasting management
- Proposal and implementation of high-impact action plans to improve margins and production results
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Managing the launch of new activities
- Managing relationships with client-initiators: steering and production committees
- Development of established client accounts and prospects
- Alert management (dropped traffic, poor quality, technical incidents): implementation of action plans, monitoring of resolution, communication with account management and the client
- Cross-functional collaboration with managers of the same account, located in the various Concentrix subsidiaries around the world
Guarantee of individual and collective performance
- Team motivation and retention
- Implementation of the necessary actions for the recruitment and skills development of employees
- Maintaining a good social climate

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for talented individuals:
- Advanced degree in management
- Fluent in French and English (B2 level and above for English)
- Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience as a senior contact center manager, ideally with English-speaking/international accounts.
- Equipped with analytical capabilities to understand and manage the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage large teams (over 100 people)
Leadership, decision-making skills and the ability to unite people are essential assets for accessing the position.
