Roles & Responsibilities
Your mission:
As an activity manager, you will play a key role through the following missions:
- Monitoring of financial and non-financial indicators: revenue, profitability, margin, volume, quality, customer satisfaction
- Production forecasting management
- Proposal and implementation of high-impact action plans to improve margins and production results
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Managing relationships with client-initiators: steering and production committees
- Managing a team of project managers/senior project managers: monitoring individual and collective performance, implementing actions necessary for recruitment and skills development of employees
- Maintaining a good social climate
- Development of established client accounts and prospects
- Managing the launch of new activities
- Alert management (dropped traffic, poor quality, technical incidents): implementation of action plans, monitoring of resolution, communication with account management and the client
- Cross-functional collaboration with managers of the same account, located in the various Concentrix subsidiaries around the world

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a talented individual who:
- Holds a higher education degree in management
- Fluent in French and English
- Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as a senior manager in a customer service role within contact centers, ideally with English-speaking/international accounts.
- Possesses analytical capabilities to understand and guide the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- The spirit of synthesis
- A commercial capacity
- Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage large teams (more than 100 people)
Leadership, decision-making skills and the ability to unite people are essential assets for successfully carrying out one's mission.
