Join our multinational team of intelligent, motivated, and collaborative people, and help us make financial protection accessible to all.Role FocusDevelop deeper insights into the dynamics of group life/health insurance pricing in a reinsurance contextData and analytical support to risk assessment and pricing of group life/health reinsuranceKey ActivitiesReview data and clarify any queries with the client to ensure completeness and accuracyMaintain track of quotes and ensure timely communication to all stakeholdersPrepare quotes using standard pricing tools and processesPrepare/assist with treaty documentation process as requiredCollaborate with business development team to understand clearly the client expectations and deliver quotes accordinglyDesktop research to support development of pricing assumption where requiredAd-hoc data and analytical support to internal admin, UW and claim functionsAssist with user testing of pricing toolsAssist with preparing data for internal MIS/reporting purposesRequirementsBachelor/Master s degree in Actuarial science or Mathematics or Statistics or Economics or FinancePreferably making good progress with professional actuarial examinationsPrior experience in data analytics/pricing role in an insurance/reinsurance setup will be a plusIntermediate to Advanced command of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and AccessBasic knowledge of VBAExposure to data analytical tools such as SQL and any actuarial pricing models will be a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work in a team and take a proactive role to improve efficiencyThis role requires someone who has a valid residence visa (sponsored either by parent/educational institution/spouse) and the internship period will be for 6 months.What you can expect from RGAGain valuable knowledge from and experience with diverse, caring colleagues around the world.Enjoy a respectful, welcoming environment that fosters individuality and encourages pioneering thought.Join the bright and creative minds of RGA, and experience vast, endless career potential.
