Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Record sales invoices, supplier bills, and expenses in Zoho Books.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform bank reconciliation.

- Assist in preparation and maintenance of UAE VAT records.

- Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.

- Maintain proper filing of invoices, contracts, and company documents.

- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.

- Support basic HR administration, including attendance records, leave tracking, and coordination during recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

- Provide routine administrative and accounting support to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years experience in Admin & Accounts role in the UAE. - Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM (mandatory). - Basic working knowledge of UAE VAT. - Experience in invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation. - Familiarity with office administration and documentation. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. - Good communication and follow-up skills. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Immediate or short notice period preferred.
