Job Description:
• Answering and direct phone calls to relevant staff
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
• Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
• Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
• Basic Accounting Duties including entity setup, processing payments, assisting with the budget planning and project management
Job skills:
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office application
• Experience with office equipment
• Have good written and verbal English skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
