*2+ Years in Business Communications (Letter & Emails)
*Basic knowledge of Accounts & Handling Petty Cash
*1+ Year experience in Payment Follow-ups (Receivables)
*1+ Year in Managing Meeting Schedules for all Senior Staff
*Candidate Should be fluent in English (both Oral & Written).
*Age limit 25 to 30 years of age.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Taking care Office Administration Requirements
*Preparing Delivery Notes & Invoices
*Sending Invoices to Customers & Payment Follow-ups
*Weekly Report to General Manager
*Meeting Reminders to Senior Managers
*and other Secretarial tasks
