; Welcomes customers by greeting them in person or on telephone.
; Takes care of the customers needs in a very friendly manner by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers requirements are met.
; Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipts of delivery.
; Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable.
; Resolved administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions.
; Provides support to the accountant through data entries, filing, and retrieval.
; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
; Other duties assigned by the company.
