Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Support data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Perform other general office duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or similar support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
