Handling incoming phone Calls.
• Responding clients requirements
• Responsible for office management (scanning , faxing , emailing , photocopying & recording minutes of meeting )
• Make sure that company policies and rules are implemented.
• Welcoming the visitors and customer to reflect good vision for the company.
• Handle and organize booking process for (tickets, Hotels, training rooms & meeting rooms)
• Help the employees in the required procedures of issuing travel visa.
• Support in some HR tasks (Attendance, Hiring Documentation....etc)

IT - Software Services


Desired Candidate Profile

Gender: Female
• Advanced administrative skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, calm and patient
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent behavior and attitudes with all employees
• Quick learner
• Bachelor Degree
• High level of English and Arabic business written and spoken .
• Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).
• Analytical Thinking and problem solving skills .
