Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Organizing regular meetings and taking notes to follow instructions and deadlines
- Sending out professionally drafted memos across the organization then receiving and communicating feedback.
- Maintain Contacts database of all people attending the office and keep them ready when requested.
- Organizing MD calendar and sorting out his affairs.
- Attending meetings then drafting the minutes of meetings.
- Creating manager files in accordance to ISO Standards for easy retrieval
- Conduct physical and e-filing activities
- Safe keeping of original documents
- Compose professional correspondence in accordance to leadership requirements.
- Sending announcements after obtaining required approvals
- Create templates of employee forms.
- Note taking and gathering of data, in addition to coordination with the various function of the organization.
- Microsoft outlook usage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of retail business and import/export practices is a plus
- Knowledge of physical filing standards and e-filing is a plus.
- Excellent note taking skills and knowledge of drafting minutes of meeting.
- Writing professional letters and emails
- Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft outlook and meeting organization
- Strong personality and can lead a conversation.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good command of Arabic is a plus
Other Requirements
- Physically Fit
- Occasionally required to travel on business trips and trade shows.
- Any Education
- Office courses or extensive practical experience.
