Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant in UAE.
Manage upkeep of all the conference rooms, and handle conf room
Manage executive visits to the site Coordinate logistics, travel plans and
Manage calendar set up meetings independently from calendar, learn to
update the body of email with context, skype details, managing workload
and potential calendar conflicts
Organize events locally build contacts, understand the various elements to
organize an event, negotiating with the vendors, invoicing process, raising a
PO, submitting bills and requesting approvals on the tool.
Vendor management, including but not limited to stationery, purchases,
consumable supplies and liasing with local teams.
Minimum one year experience in the same field.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication skills.
