Job Details:
 Assist employees and job candidates with business travel coordination.
 Arrange and coordinate travel for VP through Concur system.
 Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining copy and break rooms.
 Transfers calls if need be by following proper security protocol.
 Screens calls from phishing attempts and notifies security when appropriate.
 Serves as the Operator, answering calls from external and internal sources.
Job Requirements:
 Associate’s degree.
Two years experience in same field.
 Excellent organizational skills.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
