Admin Coordinator jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Admin Coordinator for our firm, location Dubai .
Job Description:
• Processing of commission checks after closings
• Submit advertising to local publications
• Managing office listing sales and sold report
• Maintain office accounts, petty cash, postage, collecting annual agent fees
• Provide support to employees, supervise the staff, and help manage the company s budget.
• Organize and publish the department newsletter
• Maintain cross-program review trackers for department management
• Maintain change control meeting rotation schedule
• Coordinate access requests from other departments
• Administer content for department-specific, interactive information display

• Must be team oriented and self motivated
• Accounting knowledge and office supervisory skills are needed
