Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor communication.

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, such as general ledgers, journals, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial reports and analyses.

  • Assist in preparing documents for tax filings (VAT, GST, corporate tax, etc.).

  • Manage client calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Demonstrates 1-3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.

  • Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records for clients using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, or other ERP systems).
