Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor communication.
Prepare and maintain financial records, such as general ledgers, journals, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial reports and analyses.
Assist in preparing documents for tax filings (VAT, GST, corporate tax, etc.).
Manage client calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrates 1-3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records for clients using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, or other ERP systems).
