Job Description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Officer Arabic Speaker to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our growing company. An ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, managing communication, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Fluency in Arabic is essential, as you will be interfacing with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the operational structure and supporting the continuous growth of the company.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to support company operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing executive calendars efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and archive company documents and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive operational processes.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to maintain stock levels.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to administrative issues as they arise.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation and data entry.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative officer or similar administrative role required.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines under pressure.
